I am not sure of the vignette either. Like the eyes. Watch your shutter speed on these. I see you sot at ISO 1600? then dialled in -1 stop? if using your on camera flash. I try not to go beyond 1/200th with flash. Don't know about canons though but try different settings and bring the ISO down for portraits to get sharper images. I like it though.

Its a nice portrait, nice angle and love the soft focus but if I was being picky I would have tried to clone out the Bra strap as it is a bit of a distraction to the rest of the portrait.
