Lovely shot, I personally would have framed the breakwater nearer to the centre of the frame to lead the eye in a bit more, but that is purely from my perspective!

I am in agreement with Emu72 here. The breaker is really too far to the edge of the frame here which gives the shot an unbalanced feel and also the horizon is leaning a touch down to the left. On the plus side, however, this is well exposed and the detail is excellent!
