We got an early preview of spring here in the city last week. I went out for several long walks after work and on the weekend enjoying the sunshine while it lasted. My next few uploads will be from those outings. It's cold and rainy now, but the sun will shine again.

Personally, I think the tilt here lifts this from being an 'ordinary', if well-taken street candid to something just a bit more edgy and interesting.
Mind you, there's about 10 different really good shots to get out of this - the kissing couple, the fading road-marking, the line of buildings (great light there, by the way), the reflections in the upper window, the guy sneezing...and of course the pretty girl !
To me this is a great NY shot - loads goin' on !
First I want to say it's a good shot with lots of interest, but as to the tilted presentation, I'm in two minds about that, one minute I like it, then I get to thinking it's a good shot spoiled, but I suppose that was what was in the back of your mind when you decided to do it that way Ty! BTW this is in no way a criticism!

So much going on in this image Ty, the kissing couple, the girl crossing the road, the reflections in the window, that sky trail in just the right place. Perhaps a sense of humour too Ty, (noticing the shop Banana republic and the tilt as if slipping on a banana skin). The tilt works for me, it lifts this from a good street scene to an excellent street scene with an edgy, modern, cosmopolitan feel to it.
