It was blowing a gale although the light was great. A dawn shot from here would probably have been better. Not sure about this one so don't be afraid to give me honest feedback!
Thanks for looking.

Nowt negative to say about this one mate. Superb in all aspects, especially the composition.
Cheers
Mark
Good foreground frame which runs into the beautifully red coloured cliff. The bay has a great shape with the stacks diagonally across the entrance. Smooth water but with some lovely swirls. The far headland is a bit dark and the horizon is a bit too close to the cliff tops.
Those were my immediate thoughts as I viewed the image, Alun, but it was the horizon that was my main concern. Having said that it is still a very good image, just not your perfection...... honest opinion.
Dave

Thanks a lot. Pleased you like it.
Dave - yep, those points and the lack of cloud. The horizon at the same level as the cliff tops was what irked me most - an inevitable consequence of squatting so low to avoid tripod shake in the high wind. Thanks
Alun
Strong wind and close tot he edge of a drop makes the composition believable. A better place for the horizon would have made this work better, but the wind I suppose was the real culprit.

Thanks Ronnie, Ange, Richard, Dougie and Chris - much appreciated. Welconme back, Chris!

I haven't got an issue with the composition. I wouldn't worry about it too much!!! The stacks are IMO difficult to shoot from this particular viewpoint. I've never come away from here with the perfect shot. The location will always play havoc with the horizon!! Lovely colors and wonderfully sharp.
