Wonderful seascape Jeanie. I love the lighting on the rocks in the foreground. I feel as if I am 'right there' and could touch them. The effect of the swirling water is beautiful, leading my eye to the dark foreboding clouds and mountains in the distance. Magical! |
cheeky monkey! by beachbumjoey For a beginner you are doing very well and cetainly have an 'eye' for a strong image. I love the monkey's expression. You have done an excellent job to focus on the eyes as this is the main focal point with portraiture photography. One small critique would be to wait until the monkey was looking directly at you so you could capture the relationship between you and your subject in a more powerful way. |
You have done extremely well as a novice to capture this shot and keep the focus sharp. With more pracice you will be able to perfect your cloning technique. |
