Taken tonight a while after sunset. Thought it was time to get out and get some low light stuff going for fun. Love this time of year for photos at night.

7 shots, taken through HDR and tone mapped. For once I took my remote trigger out, fantastic little item. Click it on lock and away it goes and takes the 7 shots, while I sit down and drink my hot tea...

All the best Tommy

Love the depth and lead in with the bank plus the trees adding interest on the horizon.

Really like this - great tonal range without losing the natural look. Only suggestion would be perhaps a touch of sharpening - at the large size I think it might bring out a bit more crispness in the foreground grass. I'm nit-picking though really!

Great shot Smile

Hate to throw a hot blanket on the comments but it's no very sharp in the large version Tommy, the small looks great but the larger is soft. I would like to see a shot of you as a Teddy Bear please, forget the HDR.
You have huge stamina for this and I doff my hat to you in this weather, you are getting much better almost every shot.

All the very best
Dougie

Im looking at the original and its not soft on that, might be something went amiss in the coversion to 1000. Im zomming right in and still seeing it sharp, even the chain in the distance seems sharp enough. Hmmmm Im going blind Smile I thinks.

I dont tend to oversharpen my stuff, might try it sharper the next time as its only 1000 large and helps with it but on the large version you can go right into the chain and count the links.. Smile
