This photo is of the river Glencoe, kind of seen a lot of photos thats had watercolor filters put on, so thought I would go for the opposite and do a photo that was a watercolor. Picture took handheld (with wet feet)contrast boost in ps.

This is an excellent abstract style image with a beautiful selection of subtle colours. Worth getting wet feet for.

I think this idea has worked really well. You've ended up with a really nicely balanced image and not had to carry the tripod!
