This is taken with in a foot...
He open his eyes made a noise and fell asleep again..
I did touch him but told to back off..
There fur is qite wirey not very soft...
I had a great day..

Beautiful portrait David! you are an expert when it comes to animal photography. it'd have been nice if you could zoom out a little as the left part of the big cat's face seems cropped out.

Great close up shot.
Intentionally I did not change WB, because the reflection of the tungsten light gives nice warm colour to the silk - thread, which are golden in colour on her clothe.
