After reading an article on here about converting from b/w to colour using the curve tool, I thought I would have a go, its an old image thaty has been revamped from b/w, I am quite please, wot say you lot?

Had the same thought as Victor when i saw it...does remind us of the old adverts...

Great idea of converting b/w to color, and i think u've done it very well here...Gotta' go check it out myself. =)

Very, very stylish and effective. I love the treatment and the presentation. Might suggest turning the background to black on the very left hand side of the pic. Click.

interesting effect. i didn't know you could do that. seems a bit dark, but not in a bad way. has a rich quality to it. very masculin, if that means anything.

a lovely face. nice presentation. i wonder if a bit more of the hand would have completed the composition better for me. had a touch of trouble sorting it out.

love the lighting. perfect catchlights.

look at those lashes!

PS Need any Crete Builders? My lot just cut up my 200 year old beams and gave them to the villagers for fire wood!
