a bloke that i didnt know, that i do now. was just chilling, taking pictures, and he and another came through, and asked if i would do some pics of them.

My first impression of this was that a bit needs cropping off the top to remove the bottom of the trees/posts in the background. Also, maybe crop out the grass on the left (inside of the bend). Clone out the tree behind the riders head and maybe even the one on the left (although this one is less of an interference). I think these would give you a simpler and 'cleaner' image and let you concentrate on the bike and rider more which you've got nice and sharp and at the right part of the bend.
