This was taken in the same area as the previous two shots.

Thanks for votes and comments on my previous upload. As usual any critique welcome and it may be viewed large if you have time.

Settings: 1/40 sec @ f16, ISO 200, Cokin Z Pro 2 stop filter, aperature priority, tripod mounted & remote release.

I think this is a great image - my only question I guess is why B&W ?

But then you could ask that of every image I guess...

Thanks for the comments and votes. Ketch thanks for the mod. What does all of you think, does the crop in the mod strengthen the composition? I have the colour version. I'll upload it next and you can decide which is the stronger.

Great B&W - tried a mod to darken the sky and focus on the jetty and boat - now uploaded it is a bit OTT but the principle might work with a lighter touch. Steve.

Thanks Emett and Jim for the comments and votes. Steve thanks for the mod and comments. It gives the shot a more dramatic feel and does focus your eye more on the boat and jetty. It's great people taking the time to do these mods and giving me something to think about.
