I think the art in this kind of shot is to convey speed, but still have a sharp focal point. This one just looks like a case of camerashake to me.

I see that this is digital, so my suggestion is next time you take this, use a 'sports' setting, which when you take it follow the subject, and the main subject will bein focus while the backround will blurr a bit, a thought and somthing to try Smile
