Para Athletes

Some images from the athletics at the Paras this week. V1 & 2 show the visually impaired runners in the 400m relay; V3 & 4 the blade runners before the start of the 200m and V5 the Irish dressage rider in the freestyle at Greenwich. When the rider started his test, it took me a long while to realise that he was missing a leg! These guys are inspirational.

I had to forsake my Canon for these shot as I only had the 24-l05mm lens with it and use my G3, which I'm not entirely comfortable with, but the results seem ok. V5 is taken with the Canon.
