This was photographed at the weekend in the run down and derelict Stirling District Lunatic Asylum , Scotland which was first opened in 1860. It is due for demolition soon so we had to trade carefully after a little breaking and entering was achieved. (all in the cause of a photo you understand). My son Dean took the shot while yours truly did his modeling duties.
PS, My Ebook is now on sale via my web site, thanks

i wonder how many poor people were locked up in there that could be easily treated today. It doesn't bear thinking about. Great image,
Chris.
Class as always.---Strange never thought you were a white coat man ![]()
The ghosts of the past... if only the walls could talk! You did a great job not only getting in there but capturing the past and the current feel like this!

large gas so much detail and interest, the mirrored image tells about the game perfectly.

Hi Victor,
Love the b/w,it gives it even more of a haunting feeling than it would have had,i can feel the stories and thoughts coming out of those walls practically, didn't know it was coming down.Dean did a good job with the camera work. That's a scarey shot. Congratulations on your EC award, really well deserved and congratulations on your E book being out too.I'm in the no frame category.

Hello Victor,
You express your innermost thoughts and feelings with great aplomb in your Art, and I can read so much into this incredible piece of work. I can certainly relate to the "fear" in the imagery. It is truly amazing.
Congratulations on the release of your book.
Take care,
Ken
