Last of the week. Since I am in a habit of using the butterfly somewhere in many of my montage images thought I would present them in all their glory as a straight shot or two or three.

I spent ages chasing butterflies at Auchwitz last week and failed miserably (which rally upset me because of where I was).

Wish I could capture just one as well as you have

Thanks folks.
Roy they were taking in a butterfly farm just outside Niagara Canada and it was so blistering warm inside I'm sure they were all comatose so it was not that difficult to get in real close.

Despite many attempts, I never been able to get one pic of a butterfly as good as these, never-mind three!!

it's the bottom one of the three with the wing shape and sweep of branch to echo it that works the best for me
