Hi all after two years on EPZ I thought it time to introduce myself so here goes

The name is Dave I an 56 years young and live on the Shropshire/ Staffordshire border with my wife of 36 year no children if we had they would only want to play with my toys.
My interest in photography started back in the 70’s with a Zenith 35mm and standard lens, I can still hear that shutter snap or clunk as it was, gradually move up through 120 and 645 format and then back to 35mm with the trusty Canon AE1 and Olympus OM1.Had my own darkroom and had many hours in there doing B/W and colour developing and printing, but my interest wained as I got more into classic cars mainly Morgan, MG, Triumph.

Four years ago picked up a friends digital slr and had a play and that was it hooked again, tried landscape, portrait etc but it was wildlife that took my interest having always enjoyed it and being out in the countryside with nature as it changes all the time and in our busy life we go past it every day and take it for granted but we should all enjoy it.
