All shots used are from a recent trip to Ephesus where we were lucky to come across a small re-enactment. The guy in the foreground had a real photogenic quality and reminded me of the Oliver Reed character in Gladiator - hence the title.

I do like the way you've processed this - very effective. Not too keen on the blood on the two swords though
I don't know whether you've added that in post-processing, or they just had some very good special effects? But it's too bright red and doesn't fit with the subdued feel of where they're standing. It also distracts my eye from the bloke on the left. Even so ... it's still a great image!
Wow this is superb porcessing, I've been to Ephesus myself (twice) and never captured anything like this, you were very lucky indeed.
