I took this photo a couple years ago.. When i was working with N.G.O . We went for water supply scheme. There I saw these Mountains and I captured it. I hadn't any camera that time but i took it on mobile.. Still I have no camera but sometimes i took photos and want to keep it on..

I can see why you took this picture and for a phone, the quality is excellent, amongst the best I have seen.
The picture in itself is lacking a main subject of interest and the valley falling dead centre unfortunately does not on its own help you either.
If there had been a mountain goat or something similar, highlighted against your skyline with the valley off-centre this would have been greatly improved.
Given your eye for a picture and your interest in photography, do your best to get the use of a camera, even if not your own and go from there.
