Agree with MickyMc....
The interesting part of the photo are the goats and people and waterfall and their positioning within the photo. You could crop this just below the bright sky part, then the rocks with the goats on would form a diagonal across the frame.
The rocks above and the bright mountain part do look really good composition wise but you will struggle to get a good exposure for the light and dark using a camera phone...all in all a very interesting photo.
