That's an interesting opening in the clouds there, Wajid - good capture. And thanks for adding some description. Beautiful sky - it looks like there are about 3 layers of clouds.

Hello Wajid - the sky is a beautiful colour and the light in the clouds very lovely. However, there is so much "noise" but that is because your camera phone cannot cope with this type of image very well.

Also, the trees at the bottom of the image are so black it is difficult to make them out - they are not in silhouette but just dark with little detail

The composition of the image is not the best - try to remember the "rule of thirds" - if you search any photographic internet site there will be good advice for you on this point - it is especially important with landscape type images - I am sure if you look into the EPZ forums and tutorials there is lots of advice on this subject.

Also, can I suggest that you simply look through the photo galleries on this site - you can do a filter search for landscapes or seascapes and just have a look at other work as that is by far the easiest way of seeing for yourself what works best - it is the best way to learn and then when you take your images you will remember what you have seen in other images and try to do the same sort of thing yourself.

Just keep practising and learning ..Sue

Wajid,

Great description and well done with the image, you can see by the positive critique you've received above that the description you have added has helped a lot and you're English has come accross really well, I told you it would be okay didn't I?

Well done and great image with your limited camera phone but as I have said before and now Frank is saying, you really need to get a camera to get the best from your shots. If it is difficult to get a camera regardless of the circumstances, please message me and I'm sure that I can help you out somehow.

Regards

DaVeS
