very lovely scene and well exposed. reminds me very much of the Peak District where i live. its possibly a little overprocessed and it looks a little like some glow has been added. but there are some lovely colours in there.

i think the processing has resulted in a loss of edge sharpness somehow and i really think the tones would have been more conservative and thats nice too.

im unsure about the base which has some unusual light trails in there that dont seem to enhance the overall effect so if it were mine id be tempted to crop from the bottom up to leave a more pano style image. that just leaves one bright spec near centre which would be easy to clone over.

still dont get the title though

a little help with the title, this shot is of Pendle hill in Lancashire, taken from just inside Yorkshire (the right side of the penines), in 1612 there was a fomous witch trial, several women were tried and hung for witchcraft, when all they were doing was tending to a sick person with herbal remadies. the person died and fingers were pointed at the women and so grew the legend of the Pendle witches
