Taken yesterday morning at around 5:30am with slaterm

Lent over the water, and couldn't get a fast ss, so had to try the depth of the water with the tripod and put the tripod in and with a bit of fiddley tripod levelling got the shot I wanted to get

It was quite a cold morning, but the colour was very nice and the light a bit later on was very nice indeed

F10 @ 1/5 @ 12mm

Raw, ND grad 121s

I must admit I'm in two minds about the colour of that sky, but I love the foreground detail.

I think this is a good image, but would it work better as a mono, cropped to, or just below the top of the reeds? I feel the the lower half of this photo is the stronger section.
Good work in any case.
Regards, Alan.

Good colour contrast between the green of the lilies & the red of the sky. Makes a welcome change from rocks!

A good perspective and good colours Sean. You produce some brilliant landscapes but I don't fancy the 5.30am start.
