I'd be grateful for any opinions on this shot.
I'm in a quandry as to which is the best crop. I've uploaded a Mod showing another view (Letter Box Crop).
In v1 I've included the sky because I thought it was quite nice. I brushed the burn tool over to give more drama in the clouds. I've kept the horizon on the bottom third. I wonder though if the people and dog look a bit small or is this ok as the sky is the main subject?
In v2 I've cropped and put the horizon on the top third - this, I think, makes the people and the dog the subject of the pic.
This was taken on what is fast becoming my favourite little stretch of beach in this area at St. Anne's, and I'm pleased I managed to get a silhouette type image without the dreaded blown out glare from the sun.
I've had some fantastic advice from loads of very helpful people, and I hope you think that I have listened and learned.
