On Friday evening before going to the top of the bridge we were mucking around at the bottom.

Taken on Cheryls snazzy cool lens.

Eifion and Mari have been sat here with me helping me process an image from beginning to end. Patience of Saints the both of them Wink

So with a little help from my friends, Ive produced this image.

What do you think?

Have a great evening dudes and dudesses.

Yeah, a nice twist on an often-snapped bridge.

Hmmm... not bad, but I think if you'd got down and dirty you might have got a really OTT version Lee.

The reason is that the depth of field (the bit in acceptable sharpness) is incredibly deep with such a wide angle lens as this, so I think you could have accentuated the roundness even more if you had got closer to the band of rocks at the bottom of the shot (it looks as though you were standing up) and angled the lens downwards a bit more. Everything would still have been sharp, you would have retained the rocks at the lower periphery and made the bridge even more curvy...

Still, a nice effort 'cos it doesn't come easy using such a lens and I like the processing, but if I were picky the sky is a little blown...

Sorry! I forgot! Nice comp placing the far end of the bridge on the third.

Cheers, Goggz
