This is what I love doing more than anything.....
Dereliction and up close.
Finally made a contact were Im going to be able to go and do some Urban Exploration / Dereliction photography in an old Mental Asylum (legally) so Im really looking forward to it.
Ive got lots of ideas and Im not sure if I can pull them off but its going to be fun with lots of learning involved.
Empasis on the learning lol.
So here is one from my archives and again I had some help from a friend regarding the processing (Im almost getting keen on processing now lol
)
Cant remember how to do that fancy frame from yesterday though.
Must remember to take notes from now on ![]()
Thanks for stopping by, Ive been completely hopeless and remiss in not getting around the galleries and my Faves so much lately and I can only hope you all understand the reasons why.
Have a nice day.

Beautiful detail.
Hope they don't close the door on you when you 'visit' the asylum!

I'm a sucker for detail shots like these too Lee - especially when there's a little ageing/decay/dilapidation involved such as depicted here. The presentation is the icing on the cake; for me something quite unique as I've never seen such a simple but so very effective - and complimentary - frame before. My Compliments here Lee.
(LOVED the spread in PM btw!
)
Lots of nice detail in this Lee. Well done on your presentation at Smethwick on Sunday by the way.......Joe
This is a super little detail, keenly observed - and it sounds as though you are going to have such fun exploring and taking images...

I find the number 29 rather annoying...very well spotted details in this photograph. Peter
The project sounds good.
The bit of black showing through the knocker helps to emphasise those soft creamy tones.
