stunning. beautifully captured of this cutie
looks fine to me
Amazing Lee, i think this is your best yet owl photo not that im an expert i just know what i like lol
wow, really a stunning capture, love the sharpness of the eyes, my only niggle is the small out of focus piece of tree at the very bottom of the picture, maybe a little higher crop?
love the composition! Fab capture too.
Great capture, love that stare. Agree with ian about that bit of tree, a little distracting.
Cropping would be a bit too much, maybe cloning it away? The bird is captured very well!
This is a cracker Lee!
A beautiful shot well caught
Love it, great shot. Tracey
Super capture, criticism is 2 fold you spelt folks wrong and now you have got this spot on for detail and framing get out and find a wild one
I was in two minds re the cropping of the stump, I already took a bit off and also a bit off the left handside as well as I thought it was a bit too much green.
Thanks Richard re my spelling, Ive ammended it
The Owl is pin sharp and it is hard to look away from it's eye's!!...
Good eye contact amazing detail and if it was wild worth 100's of votes. Ina
One more to a deserved rc.
Not sure what anyone else has said, but looks a tad on the red/magenta side on the colouring of the owl.
Normally this post works quite well, so it's not your fault that the bird decided to squish itself down out of the wind.
You've executed the background well. Possibly more distracting at the smaller size, but I'd be tempted to crop the slightly darker very upper portion of the frame as it drags the eye to the top where there is nothing to see.
Probably are other things I coud say, but it's been a long day!
However, I like it enough to click
great shot, better than the prev one and that was nice too, not that fussed about the out of focus bit or the "dark part" at the top as my attention is drawn to the eyes, framings good, how did you do it in the end?? the only things id say would be the left hand side looks a little bare, so maybe a crop to reduce the empty space and in your settings , would look better with a darker epz frame as oposed to the white one in your upload settings, you can change that after you uploaded, ive done it a few times, other than that . nice colours and good contrast and sharpness. heres your RC , G
Thanks for the comments again Cheryl and thanks to you as well Grainge, I did the framing your way incidently, thanks for the writtern instructions in a PM.
Much appreciated and Im grateful for all your comments.
