Great detailed profile shot. Personally i think more space infront of the bird would of looked better rather than the square central crop.

Superb detail and nice background. Agree with Brisco that space in front of the bird would be better but I understand it's not always possible!

Really good Phil, superb detail.
I think you could improve it even more with a tighter crop. You could afford to lose a fifth of the top and a little of the left side to get that light area out.
