Went on Camera Club Holiday(The Famous Five) on the 1st-8th April

this is the first look at my pics.

this faboulous sunset happened on the second night.

Went from here to the Pub for a chicken curry and a few beers.
What a start to a superb week with all me mates.

Mind you later in the week, i fell , broke a 18/200mm Nikon lens straight off me D300, damaged the battery grip, and cut my knee, fortunately the camera still worked.( i was shaken but i was in good hands)

The cameras been back to Nikon for a check over, and im waiting for insurance to sort the other items out.

Fortunately, id got other lenses, and me mate Christine another Nikon user, so wed got plenty of lenses between us

Ive cropped this into a Panoramic and framed it, looks pretty cool

Exceptional image! The setting sun, the light on the rocks, the soft water and the position of the castle balances the whole thing. You must be very pleased?

Wow Wharm, that's absolutely stunning! I reckon that's one of your best pics to date. Enter it into the comp here on epz. Could be a winner.

Am giving you my award for it.
