What a lovely effect! I like everything about this, I would happily have that hanging on my study wall. Muted colours and intentional blur make this a great picture. Nice one!!!
Wow!!! Alan you have surpassed yourself yet again, excellent
A true work of art, Alan!
I don't know how much blur was 'in camera' or how much/what processing has been done but, the result is an exceptional image!
First class work!
Superb photography and processing....what an amazing image
Remarkable effect: the copse in the background appears more blurred than the fence. I wouldn't sully your portfolio by mentioning the L-b word but - - -
This is very good and superbly composed.
This is getting to be a habit... Have a UA to add to the GEA, for stunning use of light. The way it catches the fence, and those tiny blades of grass in the foreground...
This will be great on my wall
Well worked with this image Alan - hope you have printed it put it on the wall
When is the exhibition Alan. This set of blurry photos are so good.
I love the way the light just bounces from the fence.
an absolute gem.. it has a ghostly enigma to it, as well as a sense of dissipation..
there are many ways it can be judged..
although limited, the fence appears to run into infinity.. through those ghostly epochs like the background.. light is on this side but this side is confined.. freedom is on the other side, and it can be seen how difficult it is to achieve it.. because on the other side of the fence, there are dark tales aplenty.. the fact is that the way to liberation only through darkness..
Fence whispers to me.. tells..
I am not here to block you..
i am here to make your way..
i am here to make you see
that you have reached this point,
from where you have to look beyond..
otherwise how would you know?
See how important I am from freedom..
and you always called me a blocker..
And this is only one way of looking at it..
Very brilliant.. and one can as many stories as one wants..
What else can I say?! Superb.
A somber, yet very appealing, piece of art.
Beautiful and says to me, here I am, you've gotten this far, now follow me and I will show you the way. Wonderful light and mystery of where it leads. Guess we all want it on our wall.
Wonderful work of art Alan.
Superb stuff Alan......Congrats on all the awards
Wow Alan! This is superb! Imaginative and daring. Once again you raise the bar with your photography! I would hang this on my wall in a New york second!
Why do we universally see the beauty in this?
Art is so strange and can't be taught - can it?
I doubt that any of can say in words what they see or feel as well as Peekay2001
So we've both of you to keep the standard so high that we must raise the bar daily.
The dark mystery of this fascinates me Alan. Tremendous art.
Masterful stuff Alan!
Deliciously dark Jacqui
Wonderful colours and textures Alan. The dark atmosphere and your composition are superb.
Work of art, Alan.....
Are you sure you didn't paint this? Lovely.
