I'm drawn to the eye although I love the coat. He looks as if he's deep in thought, perhaps remembering fine days in meadows
or of when he was a young foal skipping about without a care.
These images do evoke a lot of feeling.

Not as strong a composition as Horse 2 and 3 (in my opinion) but I really like the effect used on these images and your PP.
