I guess the 'bit of me' peekay' refers to is your toning?
The lichen is beautiful - I'd like to see several versions with different processing or toning.
This version is very cool - obviously your choice.

The blue makes it look like a scene from a coral reef. I was going to put a shot of lichen in today, glad I didn't now as this would have shown me up. A very lovely thing.
