...and you make yourself out to be the great judge of horizons? Not only is yours well pissed, it goes up and down! Also you should have cloned out all those white bits that are clearly sandwich wrappers left by tourists. Apart from that it's a cracking landscape with a strong lead in, interesting tree line and a lovely moody sky, not to mention a creative crop. All the best, CGI Si.

Superb landscape again, Alan. Atmospheric sky and great tonal range with change in lighting from left to right.

Thanks mate. I realize, of course, that my horizons have now got to be 100% perfect every single time for the rest of Eternity.
.... shouldn't be a problem..... for me. Grin

The pure art of composition. And cropping.
Northern England doesn't do straight.

First-rate composition and crop. Summarises the landscape of Teesdale particularly well - and the weather.

Thanks, Bill, Cliff, was worried I might have overdone the sky a bit- didn't look quite that dark. But of course it felt that dark.

Northern England doesn't do straight. Wot? Are they all Gay? (NB, this is not a homophobic remark, just a cheap gag.)

No. So there's no point in you rushing out to buy a train ticket.

Cheers Mark. I'm not actually all that old. Just fairly old. Probably not too old.... Not too old for what? ...You'll understand when you're older.

I know you're not old. Well, not too old Wink, but it's fun teasing you! I'm not old, but boy do I feel it at the moment! Another 1300 miles clocked up this week and in only 4 days!

Particularly like the undulating horizon. It must have been taken up north.
