Second of five.
Thanks to all who voted yesterday.
Very nice mono.
I like this. Even better if you have another shot moving slightly more to the right, capturing more of those farm animals.
An image which demands ones attention. Very well observed with heaps of charm, and interest throughout.
A kind of moody photo. This is a lonely looking house.
Just G R E A T!
Moody mono! A nice capture.

Great capture Alan, a moody image, with great light
Nice atmosphere to this image, Alan. Lonely feel but also a sheltered haven for the sheep.
Excellet B&W shot, would look great on a wall.
What a stunner. Black and white, smooth and textured, heavy solid blocks with thin lines, triangles repeated, the wall just missing the corner of the frame, so much to love. An excellent piece Alan.
Linear composition with sheep and the illusion of sunshine. They won't have long to wait.
Stark contrasts between tones and textures plus assured composition: excellent.
The mono processing hits you right between the eyes!
Pure white and textured wall, roof lines, gritty sky, light and shade on the wall
and more texture in the grass.
The contrast is amazing without sacrificing detail.
The sheep pick up the white again and I see you've left the wires in where we'd normally
have the healing brush doing it's work!
The white border works so well also.
I normally eschew telephone/power lines but these seem to anchor the building in the frame. Wonderful, high contrast but keeping the highlight detail. The presentation works well too, Alan.
Quote: ... and the illusion of sunshine.
If you look carefully at the sheep, the gable end, and to the left of the wall, you'll see quite strong shadows. No illusion
OK the delusion that the sun will last more than 5 minutes is what I meant.

No illusion nor even delusion here: this is the very best of the day.
Love it Alan
A wonderful contrast in the image, with delightful light, but I especially like those power lines... Superb mate
Excellent image. The wires are essential to it.
Well this certainly grabs ya! Very powerful in mono Alan.
