Great mono image, feeling of space and solitude, graduated tonal range in clear sky works really well.

Some 'perfectionists' might quibble at the inclusion of the telephone wires. Please ignore them: for we live in the present.
Excellent composition, big sky, nicely moody.

Bill

Such an elegant composition, with that big graduated sky over all: you have a good eye for this sort of landscape, and the B and W presentation works so well.
Ronnie.

Above us only sky. Empty and infinite.
Although that does remind me of Compo's thoughts on the concept of infinity in an early Last of the Summer Wine (when they were still redundant, angry and swearing).
I don't belive in infinity. Tha knows the chip shop with the mirrors on the walls? Tha looks in them and tha sees thasel' reflected. Tha goes on and on forever. Now some clever bloke might think he were in infinity. When he's actually just in a tatty chip shop.

I used to have a wooly hat like that. Though I've never really favoured the Welly.

The combination of man made and natural adds to the image. Like the uncluttered composition.
