BTW is a TLA, beloved of SDBs... (Three Letter Acronym, and Silly Daft Buggers...)

The problem is that we all use them, and understand the ones we are used to. Currently working in the NHS (now, that's one we all know - but only in the UK: for others, it is a highly functional, very cost-effective public health service. It can be improved - but on the whole, by detailed tweaking, not wholesale chage), I am finding that there are an awful lot to learn.

Back to the shot...
