I like your silhouette, but just a though that comes to mind is that a bit less of the black foreground and a bit more of the sky would work nicely.

Ithink the idea is very eye catching and thought provoking.
The natural point of interest in version 2 is a little to the right of centre where the 3 girls are walking towards the camera. However, the coloured area is to the left which causes a little confussion.
Version one is the one I prefer. The expression of the man in yellow is just right. With the coloured area set against the contrasty mono image, the man in yellow and his expression and the bald headed man to the left of centre give this image a futuristic look.
I like both photos and think they are inspiring.

I like all 4 of your images and as they are black and white with plenty of contrast and sharp focussing the mood is really brought out.
I thought images 2, 3, and 4 show the true story behind the photos, but without knowing the story image 1 is a great shot with the eye being drawn towards the rocks of the foreground and the middle ground rather than the house on the cliff being the main subject.
