I'll have a look, not sure that sepia will suit the flowers, but will have a play with the file tomorrow.

Lighting attempt by whipspeed

Lighting attempt

Thank you all very much for your in depth comments. The lighting book is now on my Amazon list ready to purchase. I've still got the tent set up in the conservatory & am going to have a play round tomorrow with some of the suggestions and am just going to use 1 glass to work with and a better one than this, which does, being recycled glass have a lot of flaws in, including the one that looks like a lip mark, but is a flaw in the glass Sad
Your comments have all been extremely helpful, as this is something I've not really done much of myself before, except at workshops, where someone else is setting up the lighting, so it is very useful to have to feedback to read as I'm setting up.
I'll post another image in the critique gallery when I've got one sorted.

Thanks again

Chopped Banana

Thanks both, I'm trying to shoot all of these in one shot, so lots of threading bits of cotton etc & tying them all up in the light tent to get the placement & banana's are very slippy!
Thank you for your awards as well. Much appreciated.

The Red Shoes by whipspeed

The Red Shoes

Thanks all & no I don't think she will need them again. I wanted to use some pointe shoes, but used these as they were a friends from her childhood and I was taking some images for her. I have not sourced some old pointe shoes as well, so will be doing another version.
