Flower stem from a hydrangea plant I purchased over the weekend. Felt guilty about chopping one off, but I'm sure it will grow back.
I will be putting this plant in a pot with some nice acidic compost to keep it blue.

The flower and vase match beautifully.
I've found you just can't kill off hydrangeas. I've culled mine down to about 1ft in the past and they still come up year after year. Smile

I've got a couple of pink ones in the garden that I chop down every year and they come back better. This is just a little plant with 4 flowers on, so that did make me feel guilty Smile
