Not too sure about this one. I feel it's a bit feeble looking, so your thoughts would be appreciated.

Nice idea, but for me it just doesn't work. The under exposed and washed out look just looks to lifeless.

I think its very nice image, I really love the overall processing. I think if anything maybe slightly more contrast for my liking but nice as it is Smile

I love the tones of the flowers in the foreground but wonder if a bit more contrast or a different background might help the rest of it? Overall though a good idea for an image. Lou

Thanks all, you've put down what I was feeling about it, so confirmed my initial reaction after I'd been playing about with it.
I shall look at my RAW files again & have another play.

I agree about the b/g. Perhaps a plain white would be better. I do like the pastel shades of the flowers but it seems as though the stone could do with being smaller, because it looks a bit stark and sharp in contrast and overpowers the flowers. If that's what you want then fine but to me it kinda jars a little.

I'm not entirely sure about the placement of the flowers across the bottom of the frame and the rock being so central. It's still a nice image and a great idea, perhaps it needs a bit more experimentation.
