Great shot and tones.
Would maybe clone out the chain and also put a bit of space under his left front leg as at the moment, its a bit too close to the edge of frame. Great shot though.

Excellent mono image ... Personally I think the chain adds that 'little bit extra' to the image !

Quite a challenging shot to look at. It really makes you wonder what sort of life this horse has had and what the future holds for it. Compositionally, I too like the chain but agree that a little more space below the leg would make a great shot even better.

Wonderful, conveys all you need to know about these poor animals. Certainly wouldn't remove the chain in the image as that shows the lift this animal is leading.
