That is superb! What a catch - and you caught it, Well Done! 
I think the 'movement' in the picture - from the Grebe's tail to the water coming from the fish - make this a picture beyond the usual still capture. Excellent result.
A superb capture Steve, especially the water droplets as they bring the whole scene to life. Top shot.
