The industrial mono shot always a good one, I think working in mono brings the the shot to life and gives depth to your image nice work.

Wonder where the idea global warming comes from?, blame the motorist!, nice mono shot, plenty of detail and good tones that's the benefit of B&W that you don't get with colour, like it regards Leon.GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

Cheers Leon most of the smoke is actually steam so nae worriesSmile Iam from Fife and the biggest employers until Thatcher were heavy industry ie coal mining shipbuilding, steel and places like this inevitably there was environmental impact but people had jobs. Not any more !!!!! Fife has some of the poorest areas in Britain, i think its a balance between mans survival and his impact on the Earth but we still have to earn money. Not so in Fife , poverty rules Sad

Hi Roddy. Love the atmosphere. Glad you didn't try to do anything about huge blobs of white as they fit so well. Some years ago I had the honour of helping the late Walter Nurnburg hang his exhibition in Covent Garden, London. Since you obviously have a feel for industrial you may like to look him up. PS, thanks for describing my home town, Ponders End (of the world) as grungy, s'pose you live in somewhere really up-market & glamorous like Easterhouse, Glasgow. (joke) Si.
