A cracker of a beauty spot Rod, really like the way you've captured the manicured lawns together with the architectural beauty o the buildings TongueTongueWink

Which bit o Kirkcaldy was this? Long time since I've been back but looks a bit like units around the back o Sinclair toon or Gal' ton areas.

Powerful photo journalism.
I get depressed by the forum threads that turn up every so often on the lines of 'I can't take good pictures because I don't live near to beautiful scenery'. Photography is about so much more.

Cheers Moira you are right there. I find i now look at the "world" in a new light (bad pun) and photography is not all about beauty it can be about so many different aspects of life Smile

looking again...........great use of your lens, DoF, a gritty, Don Mccullin style B+W.......love the foreground. you have an eye and a talent, Rod. really. when you capture what is the essence of what is in front of your lens...............that is the real world, no HDR no photoshopping, just our reality. and it is very stark sometimes. great documentary image.
