Like the inclusion of the people to give scale to this stunning beach Rod, composition and exposure is excellent, I feel a slight increase in contrast would bring out more of the tones on the hillside, but a great capture.
A beautiful landscape, great moody sky and love the walkers on the beach...well captured
Lovely sense of isolation, the two figures although tiny have a big impact on the image.
Super Rod, great seascape, great sky, really like this
What a huge expanse of sand with only a couple of folk there, so small in the context of the frame, but adding further to understanding of scale.
Now I know the name Torrisdale but will have to move to Google Maps to check out where it is.
Lots to cogitate and digest about this image Rod. You've gone and done it again mate "another wonky horizon"
P.S. I'm not nit picking it is just so blooming obvious you blind git...
oh!!! Nathan that wis cruel its only .6 degrees out ah wisane going to mention it all
a grand scene Rod and on a grand scale its very fine spot fine composition
Surely not i checked and rechecked it Please tell me yer takin the piss
Excellent landscape and the people add to it.
Came back for another look and having enlarged the image +++ on the screen, the horizon seems absolutely OK to my eye ( but of course my vision I have to admit is not 100%).
And having been into GM I find this bay is just next to Carradale Bay on the Mull of Kintyre........here was me thinking it was way up north somewhere.
No its not a wonky horizon Rod, its the way that the bay comes towards you on the left hand side that makes it look wonky. A beautiful image matey
a rather beautiful beach/landscape image
PHEW cos i spent hoors checking it
Thanks for PM........I had expected it to be up north but was surprised when GM took to the Mull of Kintyre.
You'r richt Rod you've got some crackin fotaes. I'm likin the open spce and as was said the folk on the beach gie yae the perspective.
Richt smasher Rod
Well, I thought it was wonky too. But then I removed the beermat from under the left side of the screen foot and all seems good
Was there in 2010, a truly beautiful place, and Ronnie, a bit further north than Mull of Kintyre!
Nice one, Rod, a fine depth to the image and I like the inclusion of the people in the background.
Well timed and taken.
Lol got ye
Lovely landscape, great sky and the walkers the bonus in the image, Rod.
Rod, Fantastic shot and the figures really set it off and give it some scale
I love this shot, Rod. An excellent image, so beautiful and serene. Well done!
peaceful view .. well captured and presented, .. two walkers on left help to appreciate proportions
Beautiful light there my mate.. you're doing alright for holidays bud
Beautiful image, feeling of expanse and scale.
