This was taken from a balcony in Grindelwald village in the Bernese Alps, Switzerland. The aim was to capture a little cloud movement but obtain reasonable exposure on teh Eiger and Grindelwald Grund (the village below).

Beautifully done. I also wondered about that light ![]()
Dave
Hi and many thanks for the comments! Me ski? No! I take the train and walk! The little light is from an observation window in teh face of teh Eiger. There are actually 2 of them. If you take the train from Kleine Scheidegg (which is just over the ridge on the right) to the Jungfraujoch observation place it passes through a tunnel in teh Eiger and tehre are 2 windows where the train stops so the passengers have an opportunity to look out from the Eiger. I will post another, its the same view but at a different time! Thanks again, Chris
