Had a great day found it a really good day to try out my new camera and enjoyed it so much, why didn't I get an SLR years ago. still a lot to learn but what fun

nice catch, they look better from a lower angle but i can see the bland sky was against you, cheers martyn

Thank you for your comment Martyn, it had been a lovely week, then on the wednesday when we went to Cheltenham it was very dull overcast and a few spots of rain. This was the first day I really messed with settings on my camera I have only had it a month and done most of my shooting on auto settings. So I rampped up the shutter speed to try it out and see if i could get a clear shot. I was pleased with the result and will try different approaches as I read more of the manual Smile
