Taken at Sandwell Valley, It was a really sunny day and I used an ND filter. had been to phograph swans there before in the same conditions and found the swans were very over exposed.

a beautiful shot, i do not have any exposure problem with this image, but one point you should obviously consider that the subject is quite at the center of the frame and compositionally this do not give more impact, you could have cropped the right side of the image placing the swan nearly on the third, or you could have composed the scene in that way at the time of shooting,
i also would have tempted to clone out the part of the railing visible at the bottom right side of the image,
otherwise it is a lovely shot,
wish you best of luck...
Lovely creature nicely captured, I have done a mod with a different crop and framed it to dignify this lovely beast.
Thank you both for the comments, I see what you mean by cropping. I have only just got photoshop as I have only just began taking photo's with an SLR camera (1 month) still learning about how to use the camera so will have to take some of my shots into photoshop and have a seriouse play!! Thank you Lynne for the modification it looks fantastic now. I will now explore how you put the frame and title around it.
If you want detailed instructions on how to do it, just message me and I'll send them.
This is a sharp clear photo, a beautiful gift from Nature, nicely captured
Just a slight suggestion ,crop out the path in the right bottom third.
