I was debating about whether I liked this or not - I am sure others will be able to suggest ways it can be improved, but I think it is quite interesting and unique. (As one EPZ'er would put it, it 'smashes the rules!)

Great skyscape. I would like to have seen a larger version of the statue.

Hmmm...normally, I'd say something about the statue being so far in the corner. But as the cloud is so far the other way, I say it works. Great job.
