Taken last weekend, I converted it to B&W, andjusted levels & duotoned it in PSCS.
Although I like the image and it is what I wanted, I still don't know if I have over done it on the contrast front.
Appreciate any comments.

*click* i like the composition and i think the contrast level you have set it too adds to the overall atmosphere and mood of the image. mumbles lighthouse is always a great view for photography.
Superb - excellent tones, depth and composition in this, Tony
Super shot !
Love it. Especially like the foreground. Very well taken.
Great shot, doesnt look too contrasty to me - lovely tones.
Thank you very much for your prompt comments. Its a fine line with digital imaging between a good shot and overdone manipulation/adjustment. Still a bit of a virgin to this Photoshop lark so, feedback is really appreciated. Thanks again.
I like the contrasty feel. It emphasises the drama of the shot.
Wow, it's fantastic! Love it.
Fantastic. Love the line you created with rocks and waves and the composition is excellent. Main subject is centered but this works well here.
Fabulous shot, was going to upload one of these myself today of mumbles lighthouse, glad i did'nt now:o)
absolutely love this,excellent
My only concern was the frame but in the large version its just right. A stunning atmospheric shot.
Works for Me
Lovely composition and movement in the waves. The use of a wide-angle lens adds to the drama. I think the contrast is a bit high, especially in the upper half of the picture. Still merits a click though.
Excelent, the BW really emphesises the look and feel of the water, against the rocks.
The tide almost seems to drag you to the light house... Where is it?
Click great shot.
I think it has all been said.
Very, very good.
Cracking shot, super lighting, contrast and mood. Outstanding presentation.
Thanks so much for your comments. I didn't really expect this sort of response!
Mark: The location is Swansea.
I would not want to change this. You have done an excellent job already.
It looks stunning! Wish I had taken it myself!
Excellent work Tony, both in taking the original shot and in PS afterward.
Fantastic shot. I've taken a couple of shots of Mumbles lighthouse but I thought they were a bit dull. After looking at this I now think my shots were really dull!
Very well manipulated. Like the tone and wave texture. click. John
I love hi contrast b&w and this is a stunner, only niggle is I want to do something with that small cloud. K.

All been said above Tony .........click
Works for me Tony, good shot, well treated.
ps Many thanks, you must have spent a bit of time browsing through the portfolio. Unfortunately I am not related to Joe, but I do have one of his calendars on my wall.
I do like the composure and especially the shutter speed choosen and don't mind the contrast which would probably look a lot better on paper than on screen.
Good stuff.I can here the ocean now.
Thanks for taking the time to look and comment.
Andy: No problem. It wasn't my time, it was my employers - just like most of the users I imagine! Some cracking pictures
A cracker. Well done
Brilliant comp and great use of toning - definite *click*.
Fantastic movement in the water. Excellent composition, and an amazing shot overall.

Great image - brilliant composition
Fantastic image! Well done indeed. Bill
A lovely photo, well taken.
While the focal point is ultimately the lighthouse, the eye-catching foreground is a good lead-in to the photo.
Excellent shot this Tony, the movement in the foreground water is very well captured and the composition is spot on.
Thanks for the comments you left in my portfolio, much appreciated.
Why don't you come along to the meet on Sunday?
Thanks for all of your comments again.
Bobsy: I'll be in work all day. Make sure you all upload your days efforts.
I'm very fond of a lot of contrast in B and W so it very much appeals to me in terms of composition and tone.
Wow this is execlent - love the foreground.
Too Contrasty? Possibly, but I still like the effect, and would not advise you to change it. world love to see this as a print.
Great composition. I love the movement in the waves and the extreme contrast.
The movement in the water certainly adds to this view of Mumbles lighthouse
