Taken on Saturday evening. Could not believe my luck when I walked around the headland and saw the pair of boats in the sea. I have never before seen this and doubt if I will again. Just about the last moment of any colour left in the sky due to the cloud cover.

The frame is pure plagiarism from andytvcams. Hope he doesn't mind.

Exposure: 2 secs @f22. CP & 8ND grad. First ever conversion using C1 - very impressed so far.

Camera:Canon EOS 20D

Nice looking shot Will.. Like the soft neutral tones and pastels shades you have here..Maybe the pier? clashes with the horizon a tad..

Nice one

Beautiful shot Tony, right place, very right time!

Nice amount of detail available in the shadows, those yachts are in the perfect place. Nice work indeed.

Like the sunset and the overall composition. I think you've made the best of your opportunity. Just feel it need a closer view point of the boats. click. John

Thanks Bruce & John. Watch this space, John. I took a closer view shot also, so I will upload once processed.

Tony

Great catch, timing, and composition. I like the penninsula extending outwards too.
